What should I do if I just start a new business?

Do you only produce standard product?

No, not only can we provide standard product, but also products according to customers’ requirements. Actually, most products we provide are customized products.

What should I provide if I want to customize product?

We need:

1. Specifications: width, weight(gsm), colors, roll length.

2. Physical Characteristic: hydrophilic, hydrophobic, soft, anti-static, etc.

3. Package: package requests.

4. Other special requests.

What is the warranty?

2 years under the proper condition of the store.

What is your payment terms or delivery time?

30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.

How to visit your company?

Our company is located in Shenzhen Guangdong. The company is only 20kilometers away from Baoan International Airport. If necessary, we also can pick you up. The transportation is very convenient.

Do you have after-service support?

Yes, we are happy to provide after-service. You always can get our professional solution by phone or email.

Can you be responsible for transportation?

Yes, we can. We have rich experience in transportation. We can offer you FOB, CFR, CIF price. Please kindly advise me your destination, airport, seaport. We will give you best price.

Is OEM service available?
